- Pay Information: W2 - 500k per year/ plus Medical, Dental, 401k, Long Term Disability, and life insurance
- 1099 - Reg pay $270 - $300 with mal practice is covered (Housing maybe provided by facility)
- Privileging Details: • Timeline: 6 weeks, Required health documentation: MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tetanus (Td), PPD, Flu, Required certifications BLS, ACLS & ATLS Fingerprints/background check
- Board Certification Requirements: Certified or Eligible ABEM
- EMR: RPMS
- License State: Any State License accepted
- Census - .5 - .7 Patient Per Hour
- Worksite Information: 35 bed Comprehensive, 2 Trauma Rooms 16 Treatment Bays 4 Triage Rooms. RN and MSA support during each shift
- 1 Physician 7am - 7pm
- 1 Physician 8am -8pm
- 1 NP 7am-7pm
- 1 NP 10am -10pm
- 1 NP 7pm-7am and
- 1 MD 7pm-7am
- LOCATION- Pine Ridge, SD
Work Schedule: 7 on 7 off or 14 on 14 off, 7am-7pm/8am-8pm/7pm-7am 7-14 shifts a month (Flexible Schedule)
