Project Feasibility Engineering & Design Energy Modeling Pre-Construction Supply Chain Procurement Self-Perform Construction Power Delivery O&M Services Job Overview: The Travel Lead will arrange business travel for employees, ensuring cost-efficiency and compliance with applicable policies. This role serves as a subject matter expert in travel systems and procedures, frequently collaborating with cross-functional groups and acting as a resource for others. Job Responsibilities and Duties:Travel Coordination & Management
Independently manages travel arrangements and complex requests using Concur and other corporate travel tools. Advises employees on the best/most cost-efficient travel plans available that will meet their needs and requirements. Serves as the go-to expert on travel policy; interprets and applies guidance in real-world scenarios. Acts as a point of escalation for sensitive requests relating to travel and expense. Knowledgeable about project locations with respect to lodging, airfare, and available amenities. Leads new hire onboarding program for travel and expense programs. Partner with cross-functional departments to ensure processes align with company systems and compliance standards. Prepares and submits expense reports in alignment with policy. Mentors and supports travel coordinators as needed. Perform additional assignments per supervisor's direction Travel Process Improvement
Recognizes patterns of non-compliance and initiates solutions or training to improve adherence. Identifies opportunities to streamline travel booking, reimbursement, and repayment processes. Contributes to updates and refinements of the travel policy based on internal feedback and organizational changes. Proactively identifies and drives improvements related to travel coordination and employee experience. Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of administrative assistance is required. High School Diploma or GED required; some higher education preferred. Previous training and experience with Concur or similar travel software highly preferred. Prior experience in the travel industry desired. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to set priorities and work independently/be a part of a team environment. Excellent planning and organizational skills are required; must pay close attention to detail. Able to identify and resolve problems promptly. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Pay Equity:$72,5000 - $82,000 Primoris Renewable Energy provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
