Our organization is searching for a Priority Responder who will be the first on the scene to provide vital support and promote our trusted restoration and reconstruction services to impacted homeowners and businesses.
WHAT DOES A PRIORITY RESPONDER DO?
Monitor lead sources from emergency notification systems Respond quickly to emergency property situations Consult with property owners impacted by fire, water, or other large-scale emergency events Close opportunities on the spot and educate customers about products and services Build relationships with local emergency response teams Participate in community events to raise awareness of our services
POSITION REQUIREMENTS 4+ years of experience in restoration, military, fire services, EMS, police, medical response, construction, or insurance 2+ years of experience in an outside sales or customer service role SALES-ORIENTED and driven to CLOSE opportunities Self-motivated with a strong desire to get results Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Passionate about helping others in times of need
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Experience in emergency response or property restoration Knowledge of the local area and emergency response protocols Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
