JOB SUMMARY
The Product Deliver Manager is responsible for managing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of low carbon products that align with the company’s strategic objectives, customer needs, and regulatory compliance. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, compliance, marketing, and customer service, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products while meeting safety, quality, and performance standards.
This role is recognized as a subject matter expert in the work area. Manages large projects or processes, policies and standards under limited supervision. Coaches, reviews and delegates work to junior employees. Problems faced may be difficult and often complex. Demonstrates integrity, accountability and transparency; upholds BKV standards, values and culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Typical job responsibilities of the PRODUCT DELIVERY MANAGER include:
- Manage and execute the day to the day associated with the development and delivery of products.
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s low carbon gas products,
- Develop new product ideas and service offerings that align with emerging market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements to develop new product ideas and service offerings.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept through commercialization, ensuring low carbon products are delivered on time and within budget.
- Work closely with the marketing team to conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new product development within the natural gas industry.
- Analyze customer feedback, market gaps, and evolving regulatory and environmental trends to define new product concepts.
- Work with cross-functional teams to assess the feasibility and market potential of low carbon product ideas and services.
- Define success metrics for product launches and monitor performance against goals.
- Ensure that products are delivered on time and within financial constraints.
- Ensure that all new products meet regulatory and compliance requirements in the gas applicable target sectors, or geographies.
- Stay informed on changing regulations and environmental standards that may affect product development and launch.
- Lead efforts to incorporate sustainability practices and environmental considerations into product development.
- Track the financial performance of new products and adjust strategies as needed to meet profitability targets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Strong understanding of the natural gas market, including the regulatory, environmental, and technological trends impacting the industry.
- Strong understanding of oil and gas operations
- Ability to support, manage, and quantify, and audit air emissions in accordance with suitable or applicable standards and protocols.
- Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams and driving the successful commercialization of new products or services.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to senior executives, customers, and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent technical writing skills and ability to develop protocols, plans, and reports.
- Excellent technical skills to mange and quantify emissions from sources, support review and development of LCAs, Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions.
- Knowledge and understanding of various regulations, standards, and protocols such as GHG Protocol, ISO 14064, IS 14067, EPA Part 98.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-related applications. Uses understanding of digital concepts to create basic digital tools.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, energy management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in product development, product management, or business development within the natural gas, energy, or industrial sectors.
- Position is located at BKV headquarters in Denver, Colorado. Remote work will be considered.
- Indoor working environment that requires the ability to perform repetitive motions and operate standard office equipment.
- May occasionally be exposed to distracting noise while sharing office space with others.
- Travel up to 30% may be required.
