Join our team as a Senior NPD Engineer and lead the development of next-gen commercial cooking appliances. Drive projects from concept to market, collaborating with R&D, marketing, manufacturing, and quality teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead engineering design and development with a focus on integrated ventilation and fire suppression. - Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment. - Utilize DFMA, FMEA, and industry best practices for design excellence. - Develop solutions compliant with NFPA 96, UL710B, and NSF/ANSI 2. - Optimize performance using CFD, thermal modeling, and simulations. - Create engineering documentation with SolidWorks. - Develop cost models and support product launches. Qualifications: - Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering. - 10 years in engineering or product development. - Success in releasing products from concept to market. - Proficient in SolidWorks and Microsoft Office. - Experience with commercial cooking appliances and control systems preferred.
