About the Role : Three Pillar Structural Engineering Group is seeking an experienced Senior Structural Consultant with a strong background in structural engineering, project management , and team leadership . In this key role, you’ll lead structural design projects, guide a team of engineers, and serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in building design , are licensed (SE preferred), and thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment. What You’ll Do : Lead structural engineering design for commercial, residential, and institutional buildings Perform structural analysis and modeling of lateral and gravity systems Develop cost-effective, code-compliant engineering solutions for clients Manage multiple projects and deadlines while staying within scope and budget Coordinate project schedules, assign tasks, and review deliverables Conduct site visits , field evaluations, investigations, and construction administration Mentor and develop junior engineers through coaching and technical guidance Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications and local building codes Collaborate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams Drive team productivity and support company growth and profitability Maintain safety standards and adhere to OSHA regulations and internal policies Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (required) Structural Engineer (SE) license or PE with intent to pursue SE (preferred) 5+ years of experience in structural design engineering (buildings focus) Proficiency in design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, RISA, RAM, AutoCAD, Revit) Strong understanding of municipal codes Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead projects and mentor engineering staff Preferred Skills & Keywords : Structural Engineering, SE License, PE License, Building Design, Framing Systems, Structural Analysis, Project Management, Engineering Leadership, Mentor Engineers, Lateral Load Design, Vertical Load Design, ACI, IBC, OSHA, CAD Software, Construction Administration, Technical Consultant Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Consulting, Information Technology, and Sales Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Three Pillar Structural Engineering Group by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Senior Consultant” roles.
