Overview
A prestigious law firm is seeking a Litigation Practice Support Lawyer (PSL) to support its litigation subgroups, including Patent Litigation, IP & Complex Litigation, Securities Litigation, and Employment Litigation. This role will involve creating and managing model documents, developing and organizing knowledge resources, implementing relevant technology, and preparing training materials. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing flexibility between home and office.

Duties:
- Model Documents and Forms:
Create, maintain, and distribute model documents, forms, and practice area resource materials for the Litigation subgroups.
Identify forms for automation and collaborate with the Knowledge and Innovation team. - Knowledge Management and Innovation:
Develop strategies for making practice content accessible to attorneys, including case law and judge information.
Assist in locating and utilizing internal and external knowledge resources and technologies.
Collaborate with the Knowledge and Innovation team to implement AI and other tools for client and internal needs. - Training:
Work with the Attorney Training team to develop and present legal skills training programs.
Assist junior attorneys with presentation skills and content.
Ensure training materials are archived and easily accessible. - Internal and External Content Development:
Stay up-to-date on legal, market, and regulatory developments.
Develop marketing content such as client alerts, presentations, case studies, and blogs.
Monitor market trends and best practices to inform practice area efforts.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a litigation practice, ideally with experience in one of the firm’s specific litigation subgroups (Patent, IP, Securities, or Employment Litigation).
- Expertise in legal research, writing, and drafting.
- Strong project management skills and experience implementing legal software tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.
- Highly organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships within the department and the firm.
Education:
Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

- Experience with project management and legal software tools.
