Join our mission planning team to provide administrative and technical analysis. Travel:
Up to 10% Clearance:
An ACTIVE Secret Clearance is required, with eligibility for Top-Secret clearance. US Citizenship is necessary to obtain a clearance. Requirements: Demonstrated knowledge of Agile development methodologies and best practices At least five years of experience in administrative and technical analysis Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams Strong capability to develop and present briefing materials Responsibilities:
As a Program Analyst, you will enhance a mission planning software system by delivering technical and administrative analysis, including planning, scheduling, workload analysis, and risk analysis within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for software development. This role will require effective coordination with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and cross-functional teams, so outstanding communication and time management skills are essential. Preferred Skills and Experience: Active Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications Previous experience with DoD platforms or software Education:
BS or BA degree or at least 10 years of relevant experience. Compensation:
Compensation is based on multiple factors, including experience, education, security clearance, and location. The expected annual salary range for this position is $75,000 - $115,000 (USD). This estimate reflects the standard salary range and is part of the total compensation package that SimVentions offers. Benefits:
