Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Progressive Care Unit (PCU/Telemetry) Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator in our state-of-the-art 25-bed Progressive Care/Telemetry Unit. Position Overview As the Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you'll lead a specialized unit handling complex cases including cardiac monitoring, stroke care, and critical care transition patients. You'll manage advanced medical interventions while coordinating care delivery and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
