Job Title: Project Manager Glass & Glazing

Location: Tampa, FL (Onsite Office-Based with Site Visits)

Salary: $80,000 $110,000 Base (Depending on Experience)

Overview:

Were partnered with a well-established commercial glass and glazing subcontractor based in Tampa, FL, known for delivering high-quality faade and glazing systems across a wide range of commercial construction projects. The company is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team.

This is a full-time, onsite role offering long-term stability, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to lead some of the regions most exciting and architecturally significant building envelope projects. The team is collaborative, hands-on, and committed to performance and client satisfaction.

Project Scope Includes:

• Unitized and Stick-Built Curtain Wall Systems
• Storefront and Window Wall Systems
• Interior Office and Glass Wall Partitions
• Structural Glass Systems and Canopies
• ACM Panels and Architectural Metals
• Impact-Resistant Glazing (Hurricane Zones)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial glazing projects from preconstruction through final closeout
• Coordinate with engineering, drafting, fabrication, procurement, and field teams
• Maintain and manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and documentation
• Serve as primary point of contact with general contractors, architects, and owners
• Ensure timely material delivery, quality control, and field coordination
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor installation progress and resolve issues
• Collaborate with leadership on forecasting, risk management, and team performance

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial glass and glazing projects
• Strong understanding of curtain wall, storefront, and window wall systems
• Proficient in reviewing construction documents, specs, and shop drawings
• Experience working with fabrication and field installation workflows
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
• Estimating experience or knowledge is a strong plus
• Base Salary: $80,000 $110,000 (commensurate with experience)
