Longo Executive Search is conducting a search on behalf of a prominent quick service restaurant franchise seeking a full-time, on-site Area Manager in the Tampa, St Petersburg, Clearwater area. The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations within their designated region. Main tasks include managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, meeting financial and operational goals, and coordinating with other departments. The Area Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the business. Qualifications
