RESPONSIBILITIES: Motivate and direct team members to consistently deliver an exceptional dining experience. Ensure company standards are upheld in every detail of our atmosphere and service. Lead workshops in your region to provide ongoing training and development for our team members. Support in getting new team members acclimated to our service standards and POS1 system. Be knowledgeable in our history, culture, and mission to be able to engage in conversations with our customers. Create a welcoming, positive and memorable experience for guests, encouraging repeat visits and strengthening guest loyalty. Uphold and reinforce all Pura Vida Miami procedures and policies pertaining to our service and with our food runners and POS1 teams. Strive for five-star reviews and actively encourage team members to do the same. Develop a deep understanding of our menu, including all modifications, ingredients, and allergies. Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service and effectively addressing any guest concerns. Embody a First Team Mentality, fostering teamwork and collaboration. Find ways to personalize the guest experience, strengthening customer connections to our brands. QUALIFICATIONS 1+ years of experience in the hospitality/restaurant industry; full-service restaurant experience preferred. Dynamic leader with strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills. Friendly, professional and customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and multi-task effectively. Passionate about health and wellness is a plus. Must be able to frequently lift and or move up to 50 pounds. Engaging presenter with the ability to captivate an audience and deliver exciting, impactful training. Proficient with basic knowledge of Excel and POS systems.
