They focus on high-to-mid frequency strategies in equities and are now building out their HFT capabilities (not ultra-low latency; think signal horizons of minutes to hours). A senior quant was recently brought in to lead the initiative, and they’ve had a strong start to the year. As such, they're now looking to scale the team further. What they’re looking for: 2+ years’ experience in market microstructure research Background in linear asset classes (equities or futures preferred) Location: Chicago or New York If you're currently in a siloed environment and want to be part of a more integrated team — where you can collaborate across alpha, machine learning, and portfolio construction — this could be a great fit.
