From a newly expanded Imaging Department to an impressive Trauma Prevention Program, along with the Surgical Center, Behavioral Unit, Rheumatology, and Wellness Clinic, the RN Quality Director will witness firsthand the impact of cutting-edge technology in our 50+ bed facility.
Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer, the RN Quality Director plays a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance and quality improvement initiatives across the hospital. Collaborating closely with other department directors and medical staff, this leader oversees the implementation of quality improvement projects and monitors key performance metrics. The RN Quality Director will manage a team including the Manager of Quality Management, Patient Safety Officer, Infection Prevention, and multiple Quality Analysts.
In addition to managing regulatory standards and compliance, the RN Quality Director will provide oversight of the Emergency Operations Program to ensure swift and effective responses to emergencies. Possessing certifications such as Six Sigma or CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) will be highly advantageous in this role.
