Monitors and manages patient care to promote continuity of care, optimal patient outcomes, patient satisfaction, cost efficiency, and compliance.
Required LicensesRegistered Nurse
Current LPN or Registered Nurse Licensure to practice in the state of Kentucky OR a Current LPN or Registered Nurse Licensure with a multistate compact status.
Current LPN or Registered Nurse Licensure to practice in the state of Kentucky OR a Current LPN or Registered Nurse Licensure with a multistate compact status.
Minimum Work Experience• Four (4) years hospital patient care experience preferred.• Experience with criteria for Medicare, Medicaid, HMO and private insurance coverage preferred.
Required SkillsCertifications:• Current American Heart Association BLS certification or obtained within 90 days after hire date.
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
