Essential Purpose Realm is seeking a dynamic individual to elevate customer service standards, deepen client relationships, and contribute to the brand’s growth in the luxury wine sector. The role involves engaging with guests at Realm North, a dedicated winemaking facility in Calistoga, and providing exceptional wine experiences that foster connections and loyalty.

Build and deepen relationships with clients and partners.
Become an expert in luxury wine and elevated customer service.
Create personalized experiences for a diverse clientele.
Work independently and collaboratively with a professional demeanor.
Manage tasks with attention to detail and good judgment.
Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Primary Responsibilities
Deliver high-touch guest experiences that exceed expectations.
Manage reservations, CRM data, and customer interactions using Salesforce, Outlook, and Slack.
Support Realm X reservations and communicate with sales and marketing teams.
Gather and share guest feedback to improve services.
Participate in weekly sales meetings and continuously refine customer service procedures.
Ensure seamless daily operations and member engagement.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of customer service or sales experience; wine industry experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for outstanding customer service and luxury wine.
Flexible schedule, including extended hours during peak seasons.
Physical Requirements
Must be at least 21 years old.
Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 lbs, and work indoors/outdoors for extended periods.
