We are very pleased to announce that Ragle, Inc. is now looking for a highly motivated, hardworking Project Controls Analyst II. In this role you will oversee financial and administrative tasks for moderate-to-large programs, including budgeting, reporting, estimating, and full contract life cycle analysis. Responsibilities include preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, analyzing cost and schedule variances, and providing recommendations. You’ll manage cost-to-complete estimates, respond to data calls, review contracts, and support financial project management reviews. Acting as a primary contact for project teams, you’ll ensure performance metrics are met and address customer needs.
What you'll do
- Executes project cost control functions.
- Develops the project comprehensive budget form estimate based on Project Execution Plan (PEP). Planned vs. Actuals
- Develop and maintain the project cost report with minimal supervision.
- Develop project forecasts for labor, cost, billings, and change orders.
- Maintains change management program.
- Dashboard and Visual Bi development and maintenance
- Assist in project controls forecasting and reporting of operational performance internally to senior leadership
- Directly support the Project Controls Manager in a in areas of data entry, project-based financial reporting, and other tasks as needed
- Develop and maintain the Document Control guidelines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
What you bring to the team
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in construction (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and work collaboratively with team members throughout the organization
- Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Have good communication skills, written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in Analytics Tools
- Construction knowledge (preferred)
