Position Offered
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and scanning documents
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Assist with order entry and transcribe meeting minutes as needed
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns promptly and courteously
- Utilize Google Suite and QuickBooks for various administrative tasks
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and accounts receivable/payable

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist, secretary, or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) and QuickBooks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of dental receptionist duties or medical office experience is a plus
Compensation
Pay Range: $13.00 - $13.00

Additional Info: Our hours are 9am-9pm every day and they should be expected to have 4-8hr periods per day as scheduled by the owner.
