Customer Service Representative

to join our team! The CSR is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers on behalf of the company. As the primary external representative, the CSR must provide expert support while ensuring customer needs are met efficiently and professionally. Location:

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. Maintain personal productivity and uphold company standards. Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments, including production, purchasing, warehouse, quality assurance, and more. Communicate customer requirements effectively within the company. Schedule meetings and manage customer interactions. Utilize

SAP

for order tracking and processing. Monitor customer orders throughout the system and provide updates as needed. Review

Bills of Lading (BOLs)

for accuracy. Prepare and summarize end-of-day

BOL status reports

. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications: Strong customer service and communication skills 5+ uears Experience with

SAP

or similar systems preferred. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
