Base pay range

We are seeking a Technical Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic aerospace team. This role will focus on recruiting highly skilled technical talent, particularly from military backgrounds and local colleges, to support our growing team. With a goal of hiring 25+ candidates by March, you will play a pivotal role in building a pipeline of technicians and tech interns for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and hire 25+ technical candidates by March, with a focus on military veterans, local colleges, and technical programs.
• Engage with local colleges, universities, military bases, and veteran organizations to establish a network of qualified technical candidates.
• Partner with military and educational institutions to streamline the recruitment process for tech interns and skilled technicians.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making job offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific technical skills required for various roles.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new technical hires and interns.
• Track recruitment metrics to ensure hiring targets are being met and the process is efficient.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on military and academic talent sourcing.
• Strong understanding of the technical requirements in the aerospace industry, including roles like technicians, engineers, and interns.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to engage with colleges, military organizations, and candidates.
• Ability to meet aggressive hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
