Recruiter - Topeka, KS
LHH is partnering with a client in the Healthcare industry within the Topeka, KS area to fill their Recruiter role. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent and a passion for connecting people with opportunities. This will be a 6-MONTH contract to assist with a project. The schedule will be Monday-Friday with the ability to work remotely 2 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or within the HR department or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Job Details:
Job Title: Recruiter
Location: Topeka, KS
Compensation: $25-32ph.
Job Type: 6-month contract
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm- 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Pay Details: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
