We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter with at least 4+ years of experience to join our team in Glendale, CA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with NeoGov software and a strong background in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition strategies, and workforce planning.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
- Utilize NeoGov software to post job openings, track applicants, and manage recruitment processes efficiently.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, identify staffing needs, and implement recruitment strategies.
- Conduct effective candidate sourcing through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Ensure compliance with EEO, ADA, and other employment laws in all recruitment activities.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage onboarding and pre-employment processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to assess hiring trends and effectiveness.
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a government, public sector, or corporate HR environment.
- Proficiency in NeoGov software is required.
- Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS), hiring practices, and employment laws.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in government or public sector recruiting.
- Knowledge of civil service hiring practices.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
