What you will do:
Capture the customer’s desired technical outcomes and Red Hat’s technical strategy in the Account Plan, including the Success Plan.
Collaborate with Solution Specialist Architects, Solution Specialist Professionals, industry experts, and other product specialists to coordinate the technical win.
Engage with product teams to understand technical roadmaps & best practices
Engage with the partner ecosystem as needed to strengthen the customer value proposition.
Be the primary technical point of contact for Customer Success.
What You Will Bring:
5 years of experience as a sales engineer, consultant, solutions architect, or a relevant role; experience in presales
Ability to present and have technical and business discussions with C-level executives
How to translate technical requirements into proposals, presentations, standard demos, workshops, etc. for customers
Knowledge of UNIX or Linux systems, preferably in Red Hat platform like Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Red Hat Network Satellite, orother related technologies Knowledge of open source cloudInfrastructure-as-a-Service(IaaS) and Platform-as-a Service (PaaS) solutions like Red Hat OpenStack Platform, Red Hat Openshift Container Platform, or related community projects
Knowledge of technologies like clustering, directory services, and identity management
DevOps and Application Development concepts, tools and best practices

The salary range for this position is $185,590.00 - $296,870.00 (inclusive of base pay + target incentive compensation). Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
