This is a full-time on-site role for an Overnight Nurse located in Carroll, IA. The Overnight Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents during the night shift. Daily tasks include monitoring patient health, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare team members, maintaining patient records, and responding to emergencies. The nurse will also assist in planning patient care and providing emotional support to patients and their families.

• Nursing skills: Patient monitoring, medication administration, and emergency response
• Clinical care skills: Maintaining patient records, health assessments, and care planning
• Teamwork: Collaborating with healthcare team members and providing emotional support to patients and families
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred
• Experience in a clinical or long-term care setting is a plus
