Title:
Regional Clinical Director (BCBA Certification required)

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of clinical professionals, providing direction and support. Develop and implement strategic expansion plans for ABA services. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices. Oversee the quality of clinical services delivered to clients and their families. Conduct regular assessments to monitor program effectiveness and staff performance. Facilitate training and professional development opportunities for direct reports. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications: Must hold a valid BCBA license. 2+ years of experience as an ABA Director or in a similar leadership role. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Commitment to improving the lives of individuals with Autism and IDD.
