Regional Human Resources Manager (10285)
Who They Are One of our clients is a leading manufacturer of window screens and other window product components, as well as completely assembled screens. They are looking for a Regional Human Resources Manager to support their plant manufacturing team based in Elizabethville, PA. This person will be a partner and trusted advisor to plant leaders, positive employee relations, execution of talent strategy, coaching and feedback, recruiting and onboarding, and HR policy interpretation and administration.
What You'll Do Provide day-to-day professional HR support to the employees Oversee HR policy interpretation and administration Handle recruiting and onboarding What You'll Need Bachelor's degree 5+ years of HR experience PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP preferred
