Role: Wealth Relationship Manager
The Wealth Relationship Manager collaborates closely with the Wealth Relationship Officer and service teams to build meaningful relationships with high-value clients. Key qualities include professionalism, client focus, and a solid understanding of wealth planning fundamentals. The role involves acquiring, developing, advising, and retaining a client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial solutions and opportunities to your client portfolio.
- Increase wallet share among existing clients and identify product opportunities.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and recommend suitable banking, investment, and insurance products based on client objectives, risk tolerance, and asset allocation.
- Represent HSBC in community organizations to enhance the company's image, grow a referral network, and maintain an active prospect pipeline.
Compensation:
HSBC offers a pay range between $80,000 and $120,000, with the final offer depending on factors such as responsibilities, experience, education, licensing, and location. We aim to provide a competitive Total Reward Package, including fixed and variable pay, benefits for health, well-being, finances, and lifestyle.
