Supporting the Remedy ticketing team that develops their internal ticketing tool. This individual will be joining a team of 8, which includes a Team Lead, a Project Manager, and other Software Developers. Remedy is the tool that is used as their internal Help Desk applications for employees. Must Have Skills: 3+ years of professional Remedy development experience Experience developing customizations on Remedy A strong background working in a Linux environment Background working with Oracle and SQL databases Plus Skills: IP networking experience Telecom industry experience Java development background Day to day responsibilities:
