Job Overview:
Coordinate outlet staff activities to deliver quality products and service to restaurant customers.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by setting a positive example, promptly addressing guest requests, concerns, and complaints to ensure overall satisfaction.
- Foster strong working relationships within Food & Beverage and other hotel departments.
- Monitor food quality and service standards throughout the facility and kitchen areas.
- Evaluate operational cost-effectiveness; develop and implement cost-saving and profit-enhancing measures.
- Interview, hire, and train staff in Food & Beverage procedures and techniques for efficient operation.
- Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage on bar and restaurant operations.
- Support collaboration between Banquets and Kitchen departments.
Ensure all F&B equipment and storage areas are properly maintained and cleaned.

Environmental Conditions:
Inside: Primarily inside work, protected from weather but not temperature changes, with approximately 75% or more of the time spent indoors.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Experience:
At least two years of Food & Beverage supervisory experience; hotel F&B experience is a plus. Previous hotel or restaurant management experience is advantageous.
Licenses or Certificates:
Food Handlers certification required; CPR certification preferred.
Other:
Additional language skills are a plus.
