Base Pay Range
$70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
Position: Associate Director of Talent Acquisition | B.B.A. in International Business

This position is for a client of ours located in Greater Miami, and our firm offers recruiting services as a value-added benefit to our clients.
We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant/Bookkeeper with at least three years of experience in office administration and bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and handle bookkeeping tasks in a fast-paced environment. Essential qualities include strong multitasking skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax filings.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries as needed.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations.
- Maintain records and filing systems.
- Handle routine correspondence and telephone inquiries with clients.
- Perform general administrative duties.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least three years of experience in office administration and bookkeeping.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial recordkeeping.
- Familiarity with relevant state, federal, and local regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and bookkeeping/accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
