About Us:
Mystic Pool Service & Supplies is looking for energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associates who enjoy helping customers, selling great products, and earning commission! No prior pool industry experience needed—we’ll train you! We also convert to a Halloween Store in September
What You’ll Do:
✅ Test water and troubleshoot common water balancing issues. ✅ Help customers find the right pool supplies & accessories. ✅ Sell products using sales techniques trained by the Retail Manager. ✅ Process transactions & maintain store organization. ✅ Learn product knowledge & offer recommendations to customers. ✅ Assist with stocking, inventory, and store cleanliness.

✔️ Friendly, customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales. ✔️ Willingness to learn and apply sales techniques. ✔️ Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. ✔️ Strong verbal communication skills.
