Position Overview: We seek an Experienced Criminal Defense Attorney with a proven track record in criminal defense litigation. The ideal candidate will excel in high-stakes environments and demonstrate a commitment to excellence in every case. Key Responsibilities: Draft, file, and litigate pre-trial motions (e.g., suppression, dismissal). Represent clients in jury trials and courtroom proceedings. Manage complex criminal cases (felonies, misdemeanors, federal charges). Collaborate with investigators, experts, and support staff. Maintain clear communication with clients. Qualifications: 5+ years of criminal defense experience (state and/or federal). Active membership in the Florida Bar. Demonstrated success in motion practice and jury trials. Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Florida State Court and/or federal court. Involvement in legal associations (e.g., NACDL). Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English).
