We're seeking a Membership Analysis Analyst to play a crucial role in understanding our members, identifying opportunities, and shaping strategies that enhance their experience and drive loyalty. Your analysis will directly impact our membership programs, affinity relationships, and overall success.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Uncover Insights: Dive deep into membership data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities related to acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Develop Strategic Recommendations: Translate data into actionable recommendations for improving membership programs, increasing retention, and maximizing engagement.
• Evaluate Affinity Relationships: Assess and recommend strategic partnerships that enhance member value and drive engagement.
• Communicate Findings: Create compelling reports and presentations that clearly communicate key insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including leadership.
• Analyze Channel Performance: Measure the effectiveness of various channels (e.g., email, social media, events) in driving membership participation and retention.
• Benchmark Performance: Compare our membership trends against industry standards and competitors to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with marketing, product development, and customer experience teams to implement data-driven strategies.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously learn and apply best practices in data analysis, membership engagement, and analytical tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably with a focus on membership or customer analytics.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R, Excel).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience with membership-based organizations or subscription models is a plus.
