Summary:
Strong Supply Chain Architect - across SAP - MM, SAP - SD, SAP IM / EWM, SAP LE, etc . this resource needs to own the end to end solution and manage the teams across these work streams.
This is not an administrative or managerial Role, but a Key Supply Chain Solution Architect Role. The ideal candidate will have expertise in
Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration
and will work in a
hybrid model with a day shift. The Business Manager will play a crucial role in driving business strategies, optimizing supply chain processes, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. Responsibilities :
Lead the development and implementation of business strategies to achieve organizational goals. Oversee supply chain processes and ensure efficient collaboration using
Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration . Provide insights and recommendations to improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Conduct regular reviews of supply chain processes to identify and mitigate risks. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Manage and optimize resources to achieve maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall business performance. Prepare and present reports to senior management on business performance and strategic initiatives. Support the development and implementation of new technologies and systems to improve supply chain processes. Provide training and support to team members on Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration and other relevant tools. Qualifications
Possess a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Have 6 to 8 years of experience in a business management role with a focus on supply chain collaboration. Demonstrate expertise in
Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration . Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Have the ability to work effectively in a
hybrid work model. Display strong organizational and time management skills. Be proficient in using relevant software and tools. Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exhibit strong leadership and decision-making skills. Have a proven track record of driving business success and achieving targets. Certifications Required :
Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification in supply chain management.
