Minimum Experience:
5+ years of SAP BRIM functional support, 1+ SAP BRIM implementation in an SAP S/4HANA landscape
Education:
Bachelor's in Business Management, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Job Summary: The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) is implementing a new
UBOS solution , integrating
SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) on SAP S/4HANA . PTC is working with a System Integrator (SI) to execute the implementation but requires an experienced
SAP BRIM Functional Lead
to ensure successful alignment between business needs and technical execution. This role is responsible for the
functional and business process aspects
of BRIM, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA Finance, validating all functional elements, and representing PTC's interests throughout the project. The position will conclude at the end of the UBOS implementation.
Key Responsibilities: Business & System Analysis:
Assess PTC's
current
billing and revenue system (proprietary) and the
desired
functionality for UBOS. Define SAP BRIM requirements that align with PTC's operational and financial goals. Implementation & Integration Oversight:
Act as
PTC's BRIM subject matter expert , ensuring that business needs are met during SI-led implementation. Oversee functional integration between
BRIM and SAP S/4HANA Finance
and validate solution accuracy. Perform hands-on testing, verify SI deliverables, and report findings to the
UBOS IT Program Manager . Coordination & Documentation:
Review SI documentation and provide recommendations for approval. Develop and maintain project plans, reports, and documentation per PTC standards. Identify potential system or process risks and escalate them with recommended solutions. Project & Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with IT teams, business owners, project sponsors, and vendors. Lead and participate in project meetings, workshops, and status reviews. Assist in lessons learned sessions to improve future implementations.
Desired Skills & Qualifications: Technical & Functional Expertise:
5+ years SAP BRIM functional support experience
across multiple implementations. 1+ successful SAP BRIM implementation
in an SAP S/4HANA landscape. Preferred:
Experience in
tolling back-office
or
large-scale call center-based back-office
implementations. Software & Business Tools Proficiency:
Microsoft Office 365 Suite
(Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project). ServiceNow PPM & ITSM modules
(preferred). ITIL/ITSM methodologies
and
Enterprise SAP solutions
experience is a plus. Soft Skills & Work Ethic:
Strong
problem-solving and independent decision-making
skills. Excellent
communication and stakeholder management
abilities. Ability to bridge technical and business teams effectively.

(requirements gathering, SIT, UAT, go-live, hypercare). No additional travel expenses provided.
