Location: Nashville, Tennessee (Onsite - 5 Days a Week)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced
SAP FICO Consultant
with a strong background in
Production Support
to join our team in
Nashville, Tennessee . The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in
incident resolution, batch job monitoring, interface management, and enhancements . This role requires working onsite
five days a week
to ensure seamless operations and provide real-time support.
Key Responsibilities: Provide
Production Support
for SAP FICO modules, ensuring system stability and business continuity. Resolve incidents
and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and impact on business operations. Monitor and manage
batch jobs , ensuring smooth execution and addressing any failures proactively. Oversee
interface operations , ensuring seamless data flow and integration across systems. Implement
enhancements
and continuous improvements in SAP FICO based on business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system-related challenges. Work with
SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository)
and
Pure Play
environments, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose long-term solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of experience
in SAP FICO with a focus on
Production Support . Strong experience in
incident resolution, batch job monitoring, and interface management . Experience in
enhancements and optimizations
within SAP FICO. Experience with
Past SAP CAR
and
Pure Play
environments. Ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be willing to work
onsite in Nashville, Tennessee (5 days a week). Someone from Retail experience is preferred, but not mandatory Preferred Qualifications:
SAP Certification in FICO or related modules. Experience in
SAP S/4HANA
is a plus. Prior experience working in a
high-volume production support environment .
