SAP Project Analyst The SAP FICO and Projects Analyst will design, implement, and support SAP FICO and Projects modules.
- In this role it will require close collaboration with business stakeholders to understand requirements, offer expert advice, and ensure successful delivery of SAP solutions that align with business needs.
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanente Resident
- Background check and drug test are required
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, and Internal Orders/Projects. Provide ongoing system support and ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve module-related issues promptly. Manage SAP projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements; conduct gap analysis and propose solutions. Translate business needs into functional specifications for configuration and development. Develop and deliver user training on system functionalities and best practices. Maintain detailed documentation, including user manuals and configuration guides. Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. Stay informed on SAP updates, trends, and best practices.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience with SAP FICO. Experience with SAP Projects module is highly preferred. Proven experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and support. Hands-on experience with function modules, enhancements, and exits. SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus. Familiarity with BI and data warehouse tools is a plus. Project management experience is a strong advantage. Excellent communication, collaboration, and user training skills. Ability to develop innovative and efficient solutions. Strong team player with interpersonal and negotiation skills. Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
