Highlight is seeking a Washington, DC-based Program Manager to support our General Services Administration (GSA) Contract Team. This role will oversee a moderate team in delivering software development using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The Program Manager will ensure successful project execution, coordination with Government, and adherence to contract objectives supporting GSA’s acquisition domain.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government and subcontractors. Oversee the management, content, and quality of work. Direct and oversee project tasks and personnel. Ensure staff alignment and deliverable quality, schedule, and budget.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technically relevant field. PMI PMP, PMI-ACP, DevOps Certified Agile Service Manager, or other equivalent certifications. 10 years of experience in managing software development. 5 years of experience managing federal contracting teams of at least 30 FTE. Working knowledge of software development, DevOps, and SAFe practices. Communicate clearly and effectively in both oral and written English. Must be capable of attaining and maintaining a Tier 2S (Moderate Risk) security fitness determination. Ability to obtain/maintain a public trust.
