Overview
Provide exceptional service and wine recommendations to guests. Maintain and manage the wine program, including inventory and sourcing. Educate staff and guests about wine pairings and selections. Assist in planning and executing wine dinners and events. Minimum Requirements:
Previous experience as a Sommelier or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of wines, particularly from Burgundy and France. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for food and wine.
