Overview Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Compensation, the Senior Analyst of Design & Analytics will assist in developing sales compensation plan designs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and driving desired behaviors. The role involves analyzing plan effectiveness, modeling for plan changes, and supporting the creation of related documentation and communication materials. What You’ll Achieve Support development and maintenance of sales compensation plans through data gathering and analysis. Perform effectiveness analysis, cost modeling, and performance tracking. Partner with sales leaders for plan redesign and effectiveness. Contribute to sales incentive plan development aligned with business outcomes. Assist in creating and distributing plan calculators, documents, and training materials. Respond to escalated issues related to incentive plans and policies. Support maintenance and implementation of Compensation Policies in collaboration with Finance, Legal, HR, and Sales teams. Utilize advanced Excel skills for data modeling and reporting; support visualization in Tableau and ad-hoc analytics in PowerPoint. Who You Are 5-7+ years of experience in sales compensation design, development, and analytics. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Effective communication skills across all levels. Aptitude for evaluating situations, options, and solutions. Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Preferred qualifications include a BA/BS in a quantitative field, experience with incentive automation tools like Xactly, and data visualization skills with Tableau. #J-18808-Ljbffr
