Position: Senior Living Director
Join our team at The Kentridge Senior Living, located at 5241 Sunnybrook Rd, Kent, OH 44240. We are seeking a dedicated Senior Living Director to lead our community. About the Role
As a Senior Living Director, you will be responsible for developing relationships with potential residents and their families, helping them make informed decisions about senior living options, managing community occupancy, and ensuring exceptional experiences during tours and community events. Qualifications
At least 18 years of age Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent Proficient in English (reading, writing, understanding, speaking at a 12th-grade level) Positive, energetic attitude and love for residents Ability to follow directions and solve problems Criminal background clearance Benefits
