What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Recruit, manage, and motivate a team of Territory Managers, Clinical Specialists, Technical Specialists, and Independent Contractors Create and implement business plans to achieve company sales goals Negotiate contracts and engage with C-suite hospital leadership to promote the value of the remed? System Conduct performance reviews, making recommendations for compensation changes and promotions Maintain technical expertise on the remed? System and relevant reimbursement issues
What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, preferably in a medical device company At least 5 years of demonstrated success in leading and managing sales teams Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements associated with sales conduct Exceptional oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience in the medical device industry Strong strategic planning and implementation skills Proven record of achieving sales goals and performance metrics Familiarity with the cardiopulmonary and respiratory conditions market Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
