Job Type: CTH (Contract To Hire) Job Description: We are seeking a Salesforce Lead Developer with deep platform expertise, architectural understanding, and a passion for innovation. This role demands strong leadership in design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions in a highly integrated enterprise environment. Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ). Manage a team of developers; perform code reviews and enforce development best practices. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and custom adapters. Translate business requirements into technical solutions with strong documentation and scalable design patterns. Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines (using Git, Jenkins, Copado or Bitbucket Pipelines). Implement data migrations, transformations, and security models for multi-org environments. Champion Salesforce Lightning (LWC), Apex, Flows, and platform automation techniques.
