Job Description:

The

State of Virginia

is seeking a

Senior DEV SECOPS Engineer

to implement

agent orchestration and integration

with

DEV SECOPS . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing secure

Azure DevOps pipelines , integrating

Agentic UI with GenAI platforms , and ensuring best security practices.

Specialty Areas:

Agentic UI & GenAI Integration

– Expertise in

integrating AI agent frameworks

with

GenAI platforms .

CI/CD Pipeline Development

– Creation and management of

automated build, test, and deployment pipelines

using

Azure DevOps .

Security & Access Control

– Implementing

secure Azure infrastructure , enforcing

access control , and managing

security policies .

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

– Experience with

Terraform

and

Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates .

Cloud Computing & AI Deployment

–

Deploying AI models

into production and

monitoring performance metrics .

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain

CI/CD pipelines

for

Agentic applications .

Implement security measures for

Azure DevOps pipelines .

Design and manage secure

Azure infrastructure

using

IaC tools (Terraform, ARM templates) .

Ensure access control and enforce security policies across

Azure environments .

Integrate

AI models

with existing systems using

APIs .

Deploy

AI models

into production and monitor performance.

Collaborate with developers, solution architects, project managers, and engineers.

Provide

Azure cloud best practices

and technical guidance.

Experience (Years)

CI/CD pipeline creation and management for Agentic applications 1+

Deep understanding of Azure Services (Compute, Storage, Networking, DevSecOps) 5+

Azure Resource Manager (ARM) template or Terraform 1+

Expertise in integrating Agentic UI with GenAI platforms in Azure 1+

API management and enablement 1+

Training LLMs with structured/unstructured data sets 2+

Experience with GIS spatial data 3+ (Desired)

Mandatory Requirements:

5+ years of experience

in

Azure cloud services

and

DevSecOps .

Experience with Terraform/ARM templates

for

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) .

CI/CD pipeline expertise

for

Agentic applications .

Integration of Agentic UI with GenAI platforms .

Strong programming skills in Python

and

AI/ML frameworks .

Security implementation experience

in

Azure environments .

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree

in

Computer Science, AI, Data Science , or a related field.

Experience with GIS spatial data .

Understanding of Department of Transportation Data Domains .
