OPPORTUNITY: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR I - SAN FRANCISCO, CA Sares Regis Group seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our community, Arc Light. This role offers a great opportunity for career growth in property management.
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees employee activities and external contractors involved in building maintenance, repairs, and groundskeeping. Responsibilities include:
Directing employees and contractors in renovations, service requests, structural repairs, and grounds maintenance.
Obtaining and analyzing bids from outside vendors.
Ordering supplies, appliances, and equipment.
Coordinating and inspecting work performed by vendors.
Inspecting facilities and equipment to determine needs and required services.
Establishing work procedures to meet schedules.
Recommending operational improvements.
Assisting in maintenance budget planning and administration.
Participating in after-hours and emergency coverage as needed.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of related experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor.
Yardi software experience preferred.
Experience across all trades required.
Excellent communication, written, and computer skills.
Previous supervisory experience is required.
Valid driver’s license and insurance needed.
Availability to work weekends and overtime as required.
Salary ranges from $35.00 to $38.00 per hour. Benefits include a 401(K) match, rental incentives, bonuses, discounts, and comprehensive health plans. Full-time employees working 30-40 hours weekly are eligible for benefits and vacation accrual. Sick leave is provided per law.
