Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Delivering outstanding nursing care tailored to each resident’s unique needs.
- Conducting daily rounds and assessments to develop and update care plans.
- Administering medications, treatments, and IV fluids while ensuring accurate documentation.
- Communicating with residents and families, offering guidance and emotional support.
- Supervising and mentoring State Registered Nursing Assistants (SRNAs) to foster teamwork and quality care.

Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a Nursing Home facility.
- 2 years of Management experience preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Certification required; RN preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
