Job Title:
DESKSIDE Support Representative Distributed Client Services DURATION: 5 YEAR Job Responsibilities: Diagnose, configure, and install common applications and install/remove desktop PCs and monitors. Provide remote O365 support on workstations and mobile devices, including InTune MDM application; remote take-over skills are a plus. Perform basic Deskside Services including install, move, add, changes (IMAC), build, and configuration, following provided scripts. Provide software support for low complexity problems/issues on Buyer or Customer personal computers. Assist customers with problem identification and resolution at their place of business for hardware or platform-related issues. Provide Deskside Support (software break/fix support or related tasks) on limited complexity problems for platforms with Windows (current – 4 generations) or Apple (current OS -1). Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other common software applications is required.
