As a Bilingual Lead Member Service Representative, you will make a big impact by assisting our membership with their financial needs while embodying our people-first approach in both English and Spanish. You will also direct and schedule the resources needed to meet the needs of valued members. Position Details: We are hiring a full-time bilingual position (40 hours/week) and are looking for candidates that can work a flexible/variable schedule Monday through Saturday. Starting pay:
$20.22 with a potential for a higher starting wage based on experience. Bilingual differential:

Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Greet the member personally with a sense of urgency and show that a smile can be a powerful banking tool; your sincere interest in helping the person in front of you will help us create loyal members. Serve as an example to Member Service Representatives. Proficiently provide excellent member service to our members and potential members in both English and Spanish. Assist with overall operation of the service platform which includes answering questions, completing authorizations, helping with overrides, and locating outages. Schedule monthly and quarterly audits. Handle escalated member interactions with sincerity, objectivity, and urgency. Responsible for the daily balancing of the branch, vault, teller drawers, cash recyclers, checks, and gift cards, as well as the maintenance of safe deposit boxes. Key resource in the hiring, training, and management of Member Service Representatives. Provide feedback to the management team for personnel action discussions to include daily coaching, scorecards, disciplinary actions, and overall performance evaluations. Responsible for opening and closing the teller area, assist with month-end balancing and communicate with the accounting department to maintain a balanced branch, always maintaining a sense of urgency and objectivity. Open and maintain a teller drawer as necessary and easily balance at an 85% level. Assist members and provide support to staff when handling account issues, opening accounts, and debit cards. Provide member follow-up within the same day by email, phone, or in-person. You will be given the opportunity to learn and perform a variety of other tasks. Experience:
Two or more years' experience as full-time teller. Education:
A high school education or GED. Other Skills:
Ten key calculator and computer keyboard by touch. Must be good with detail to deal with numbers and names. Excellent written and verbal, analytical, and problem-solving skills; and proficient in Windows environment and Microsoft productivity software. Required to fluently speak English and Spanish in a professional setting.
