highly connected hospitality professionals
to join our
Advisory Board
and help bring SelfServe into more luxury hotels, boutique resorts, and independent inns. Role Overview
As a
Hotel Operations Consultant & Advisory Board Member , you will leverage your industry expertise and connections to introduce SelfServe to hotel owners, general managers, and decision-makers. Your role is
advisory and sales-driven , helping us secure partnerships through warm introductions and strategic pitches. 10% commission
on each signed contract from a warm introduction ($1,500 - $2,000 per deal) 12% commission
if you assist in closing the deal (e.g., participating in the pitch or negotiation) 15% commission
for bringing in multiple deals ($45K+ in contract value within a quarter) This structure allows you to earn more based on your level of involvement and success. Who We’re Looking For:
Experienced hospitality professionals
with strong networks in
luxury hotels, boutique properties, independent resorts, and inns Hotel consultants, former GMs, revenue managers, or hospitality tech advisors Individuals with
direct access to decision-makers
and a track record of business development or hotel partnerships Passion for
AI-driven solutions
and helping properties improve efficiency and guest satisfaction Key Responsibilities:
Leverage your network
to introduce SelfServe to boutique and luxury hotels, resorts, and inns Facilitate warm introductions
and support the sales process with insights on hotel and resort needs Advise on market trends
and strategic opportunities in the hospitality space Help shape SelfServe’s growth strategy
