This role offers the best of both worlds—combining foundational FP&A responsibilities like month-end close and re-forecasting with forward-looking analysis on unit economics, marketing channel ROI, and board-level reporting. You’ll have a direct hand in shaping how we scale and succeed.

What You'll Accomplish
Reinvent Reporting:
Support the monthly close and re-forecast process, partnering with Accounting to ensure timely and accurate data flow. Create and automate influential reports and dashboards for leadership.
Lead with AI:
Utilize artificial intelligence to enhance our financial analytics, enabling better and faster business decisions.
Collaborate and Conquer:
Work with teams across the company to drive insights and outcomes, fostering a solution-oriented mindset.
Strategic Analysis:
Assess unit economics for new offerings, especially hardware and emerging marketing channels. Analyze performance trends and adjust forecasts accordingly.
Challenge the Status Quo:
Question processes, think boldly, and turn financial analysis into actionable insights that drive change.
Own Your Impact:
Lead critical projects with autonomy, delivering results even with limited resources.
Hinge Health Hybrid Model We value both remote and in-person work. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to be in the San Francisco office 3 days a week. Our office supports a dog-friendly environment.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years in strategic finance, equity research, investment banking, or similar roles.
Strong understanding of corporate finance, forecasting, variance analysis, and business modeling.
Proficiency in Excel or Sheets for building financial models.
Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to diverse audiences.
Organized, detail-oriented, and curious.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting or partnering with functional teams in high-growth tech, healthcare, or B2B2C sectors.
Passion for leveraging AI to improve efficiency.
Familiarity with Workday, Adaptive, Mode Analytics, SQL.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence.
Compensation Annual salary plus equity and benefits. Salary range: $92,000 - $138,000/year, with actual compensation based on qualifications and location.
